Production Capacity & Repeat-Order Control

Production is planned against approved specifications. Approved samples, batch settings, packing and timing records support stable bulk manufacturing and repeat orders.

Needle-Punch Production Lines

Production is planned against the approved specification for OEM, wholesale and project orders.

Custom Weight, Width & Roll Length

Weight is customizable. For suitable exhibition carpet specifications, widths up to 4 m are available; common widths include 1.5, 1.83, 2, 3 and 3.96 m.

Stable Batch Production

Production settings are recorded against the approved sample so weight, usable width, colour, appearance and backing can be checked during bulk production.

MOQ & Lead-Time Planning

Typical exhibition carpet MOQ is 2,000 m² per colour. Sampling is about 7 days and normal production about 2 weeks after confirmation, subject to specification and quantity.

Quality Assurance & Repeat-Order Control

Quality checks start with incoming fibre and continue through production, finishing and packing. Each bulk order is checked against the approved specification and, where applicable, an approved sample. Weight, usable width, colour, surface, backing, labels and packing records support repeat-order comparison.

Raw Material Inspection

Incoming fibre is checked for colour and suitability before production.

Weight & Usable Width Checks

Target weight, usable width and appearance are checked against the approved specification during production.

In-Process Surface & Backing Checks

Surface appearance, web uniformity and backing condition are reviewed at key production stages.

Pre-Shipment Quality Verification

Finished rolls are checked for colour, appearance, usable width, roll condition, labels, quantity and packing before export shipment.

REPEAT-ORDER CONTROL

Records That Support Consistent Repeat Orders

Repeat orders should be compared against the same approved construction, not only a product name or colour. These references help purchasing, production and packing stay aligned from one shipment to the next.

Approved Sample Reference

The approved sample remains the visual and construction reference for bulk production and later repeat orders.

Batch Specification Record

Target fibre, weight, usable width, colour, surface, backing and roll format are recorded against the confirmed order.

Colour & Appearance Continuity

Colour and surface appearance are reviewed against the approved reference, with production variation discussed before shipment.

Weight, Width & Roll Checks

Target weight, usable width, roll length and roll condition are checked during production and final inspection.

Backing & Finishing Confirmation

Binder, backing, protective film or other finishing requirements are confirmed as part of the complete construction.

Labels, Packing & Shipping Marks

Approved labels, roll protection, carton or woven-bag details and shipping marks can be retained for repeat-order planning.

OEM & Private-Label Customization

Production is configured from the approved order specification, including fibre type, target weight, width, roll length, colour, backing, finishing, packing and testing requirements.

Weight & Construction Options

Target weight and construction are confirmed against the application, approved sample and order quantity.

Width & Roll Length Options

For suitable exhibition carpet specifications, widths up to 4 m are available. Common roll lengths are 25, 30 and 50 m, with custom lengths available on request.

Colour & Surface Options

Standard and custom colours can be developed against an approved colour reference or sample, subject to MOQ and specification.

Backing, Finishing & Protective Film

After needle punching, the carpet web is foam-impregnated with a binder and oven-dried. Protective film can be added to exhibition carpet for cleaner on-site installation.
